Important Covid-19 Information


Covid-19 is a serious virus. Although our normal protocols include sanitizing and disinfecting  between clients and using disposable treatment tools, we have taken additional measures to decrease the risk of transmission to our staff and clients, but you have to do your part too!

😷Upon arrival you will be asked to remove your mask and put on a new, clean  mask (supplied). Please understand that your mask, as fancy as it may be, has been out and exposed to the world and since we are working so close to your face we require you to wear a new, clean mask during procedures. No exceptions.

👋You will be provided hand sanitizer to cleanse your hands and a sani-wipe to clean your phone. We ask that you do this before entering the reception area (all products are supplied for you).

You will have your temperature taken (with a touchless scanner). If you have 99 or above reading you will be asked to reschedule-no exceptions.

🤧If you are sick, have recently been sick or have been in contact with someone in the last 14 days who is sick, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

👯At this time guests are not permitted in the treatment room OR in the reception area.

If you feel that for any reason you can not comply with these rules, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to a date when the risk of Covid-19 is lower.

Please no alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment
No caffeine 5 hours prior to your appointment
If your skin is sunburned or very tan you must reschedule your appointment.
No aspirin, ibuprofen, or blood thinners 24 hours prior (talk to your doctor before stopping or changing your medication).
Most importantly…RELAX. Your technician will explain everything to you and you will OK the final design and color BEFORE the procedure starts-so don’t be nervous!

Prior to your appointment please do not have your brows waxed/tweezed/threaded so that we have a full brow to work with. Your brows will be groomed as part of the service.
If you have active acne in the brow area you must reschedule your appointment.
If you have had Botox within the last 14 days you must reschedule your appointment.

No contacts for 24 hours AFTER your appointment
No Lattisse or similar lash growth serum for a minimum of 4 weeks prior. (Lattisse should not be used after pmu as it will cause premature fading, please have a look at our lash growth serum from Grande Lash instead).
If you have had Botox in the last 14 days you must reschedule your appointment.
Lash extensions must be removed prior to appointment and can not be replaced until the healing period is over (usually 10 days).

If you have a history of cold sores please ask your doctor for a antiviral prescription to start taking before your appointment.
In the weeks leading up to your appointment you should exfoliate the dead skin from your lips and moisturize them well. We suggest a gentle facial scrub or sugar scrub and Aquaphor lip ointment nightly.
If you have an active cold sore in the lip area you must reschedule your appointment.
If you have had lip fillers in the last 2 months you must reschedule your appointment.


  • Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa at any time. 
  • Cancellations must be made with in 48 hours of appointment time.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late of your appointment time or fail to cancel your appointment you will be charged a $50 fee.
  • We are wheelchair accessible and permit service dogs with proper documentation.
