All appointments are scheduled with specific time allotments so it is important that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you will be canceled and charged a “no-show” fee of $50
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior online without incurring a fee. Appointments canceled after 48 hours may be subject to a $50 fee.
Children are not permitted anywhere on the premises, if you bring a child under the age of 16 to your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged a $50 fee.
Guests are welcome to wait for you in the waiting area. Guests are not permitted in the treatment room at the time of the procedure.
Due to the nature of our services we do no offer refunds on services. Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
We are handicap accessible.
Service dogs with proper documentation are permitted.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.
There are no refunds for services rendered.
